Return Policy

HASSLE FREE RETURNS!
We accept returns within one month from the date of payment. In order to qualify for a refund the merchandise must be unopened, in original packaging and most of all it must be brand new. If we suspect that the item is not brand new we will return the item back to you. We can not accept returns of used merchandise because then we can not resell it -- nobody wants to wear somebody else's used jewelry!

We will always issue a prepaid return label so that you don't even have to go to the post office to return the merchandise.

You can just drop off the package in any blue USPS mailbox and forget about it!

Refund Method:

It will take between 2-5 business days from when the package is dropped off in a mailbox for us to receive it. Once we receive the package, please allow 2 business days for the refund to be issued.

The money will go back to the original form of payment and it usually takes between 3-5 days for the money to go back onto a credit card. If the payment was made using Paypal, their is no additional processing time for the refund to go through to your account.

Want to Exchange?

If you would like to exchange for something else in the store we will also issue a prepaid return label so that you can send back the unwanted Jewelry. We will send the new item as soon as we receive the original piece of Jewelry back in the mail.
