Return Policy

HASSLE FREE RETURNS!

We will always issue a prepaid return label so that you don't even have to go to the post office to return the merchandise.
You can just drop off the package in any blue USPS mailbox and forget about it! Label is already paid for and we'll issue the refund when it arrives back to us.


We accept returns within one month from the date of payment. In order to qualify for a refund the merchandise must be unopened, in original packaging and most of all it must be brand new. If we suspect that the item is not brand new we will return the item back to you. We can not accept returns of used merchandise because then we can not resell it -- nobody wants to wear somebody else's used jewelry!
